How BeautyFix Uses HubSpot and Mindbody to Send Targeted Social Media Campaigns

BeautyFix is a four location medspa in New York City. They had been successful using visual social ads to generate new leads, but really needed a streamlined way of understanding which of their marketing dollars were performing best. They had used and loved HubSpot and Shopify, but were struggling to find an integration to Mindbody that suited their needs. That’s where APIANT came in.

A HubSpot + Mindbody integration sends the right messages at the right time

APIANT syncs about 75 HubSpot contact fields, making it easy for customers to automatically track the success of each contact related to their appointment history. BeautyFix really needed the ability to send follow up emails and improve the lead nurturing process using HubSpot. APIANT’s integration also gave them the advantage of having insight on the dollar values associated with specific appointments within HubSpot. BeautyFix used APIANT’s automations to automatically add customers to various HubSpot-based email and social media campaigns using data stored in Mindbody. Then they wanted to track that customer’s ongoing performance within HubSpot. This would allow them to run reports to determine which emails and ads are generating them the most revenue. 

APIANT engineered a workflow that does all this. - Now they are now able to get a detailed view of every appointment a customer has booked and the status of that appointment along with every email that customer has ever responded to, the advertising she has engaged with, and more.

A Mindbody + Shopify integration creates a seamless booking experience

BeautyFix also had some really specific needs around Shopify. They needed to add sales made in Shopify to the Mindbody system so that they could complete the booking process instantly after the customer purchased online through their Shopify store. Apiant designed a customized version of our Shopify integration for them that allows this to happen seamlessly.
